The Throwback Boomerang is inspired by the traditional Australian boomerang from Australia's outback. It is the easiest to throw and shortest range of our "real wooden boomerangs." Made of durable, yet lightweight birch plywood, The Throwback is thrown with a regular overhand throw, like throwing a baseball from the outfield. A snap of the wrist sends it spinning out in a gentle circle with a distance of about 20 yards. It lays over to hover down at the end of the flight, which lets you get under it for the catch. A little practice with the wind direction and you will be able to throw and catch perfect bullseyes!
